You book, we send a secure link, and you grant temporary screen access. We work while you watch — nothing happens on your machine without you seeing it.

Is remote access safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard encrypted tools. You control the connection and can end it at any point — access closes the moment the session ends.

Which devices do you support?

Windows PCs, Macs, and most internet-connected devices. If it runs software and connects to the internet, there's a good chance we can help.

Can I cancel a monthly plan anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
